I got myself a new toy for the last job - a paint sprayer. For ornate plaster work.
It makes a perfect finish, I don't know why I didn't think of it before.

487_LEA_Lounge

I'd decorated the lounge from it's old style of dark oak panelling 6 yrs ago.
The windows were looking very tired and there was plenty of movement in the ceiling and walls.

A damp patch on the fireplace wall caused the paint to peel.

The final shots. I didn't take a close up of the fireplace but it's nice and flat, I assure you.

These two shots were taking during the initial quotation.

Wash coat applied to new plaster.

 Prep & Paint

Last coat on all the walls. Rads are having covers.

 It's not snowing, there are just plenty of dust particles in the air.

An older couple in Brentwood.

This gas pipe was a particular irritation for them. It has had a white primer coat here.
